Fire and Snow

Thick palette knife application brings this still life to life—crimson petals erupt against the pale calm of lilac whites, all anchored by a cool blue pitcher. The textured surface invites the viewer to sense the  gestures, almost sculptural in their presence. Set against a dark backdrop, the vivid reds seem to pulse with warmth, while the whites offer a soft counterbalance of light and air.

This work celebrates the quiet power of color and texture—an exuberant moment of natural beauty distilled into paint.
